Chalet Aftermath Day 1

I was empowered by our chief coordinator Richard to help him in planning & coordinating this project K.
Being his PA with no choice, I accepted his assignment.



It has already passed 3 days from our 3D2N chalet stay but I still missed the fun, laughter, love and care from all of you.
How I wish we can have another round soon but longer period this time.

Let me recall the starts of our chalet – 22.07.05….

XL came to my apartment at 10am, breakfast and her favorite “kopi oh” has placed on my dinning table for her.
While she was eating, Richard and Shirlyn have reached and we quickly locked all doors and windows and ran downstairs.

Thanks to Richard for being so sweet by picking us up….and the most important thing is I get to see my little darling…..
It is such a long time not hugging and touching my little darling……Muak !!!
Richard looks so charming in his sunglasses and the way he drive the car is so stable and comfortable….but he looks very s e r I o u s man……kekeke

First of all, we were heading to Balestier Road to send my little darling to his hotel. While we were waiting for the hotel to be opened, we sat down at the coffee shop for drinks and roti prata..

After settled my little darling, we headed to Parkway Parade for our grocery shopping. Our shopping cart was full of foods, drinks, detergent, etc etc…While we were waiting for the cashier, we starts our 1st game by guessing how much we would spent on this cart….hahaha…guess what….an experiences housewife like me got the nearest guess…..and my prize is “DURIAN” treat from Richard…..

XL complained that if she dun gets to eat lunch by then, she will faint. So we quickly brought her to the nearest hawker centre and feed her the cheapest curry rice…..and our dessert is king of the fruits----Durians….It costs us 50 cents each ….yum yum…
There is an old man approached Richard and sit close to us, he talked a lot but both of us ignored him….one biggest joke was he thought Richard is my hubby……hahaha…..Dun think Richard has such a bad taste….Richard hor !!!
After stuffing in the durian, we started our journey to Changi Aloha Chalet K…..

After checked in the chalet, we open all the windows and starts counting 1..2…3..4 forks; 1..2..3..4..bowls etc etc…..
The chalet is big….4 bedrooms, 4 toilets, 1 big kitchen, 1 big sitting room and a big garden that can cater 10 cars….
After completed the checking of the inventory list, we started to sit down and think of how to hide the present.


While we were cracking our brain cell, Jeremy called and said he was on his way…oh my god…we quickly paste the cards and hide the present and the next minutes, Jeremy appeared at the door step.

We started to play card game while we were waiting for Steven & E-Lin. At our surprised, Steven suddenly appeared at the chalet…..

As Jeremy wanted to prepare a Macdonald breakfast for us tomorrow, we headed to Tampines Mall for our 2nd round of grocery shopping.
Because of our E-lin mei mei, we waited till 9pm for our dinner at Shore restaurant. The dinner was good, we get to eat again the mango ice-cream…yumi yumi….We gone back to our chalet with a full stomach……..

In order to make the 2nd round birthday celebration more interesting, we decided to switch off all the lights and waited for Jeremy to come back after sending his sweetheart Cheryl home from her class. We hide at 1 corner and start to sing song when he opens the main door….

Happy Birthday to Ah Mi once again….


The treasure hunt game was fun even though our clues were quite easy…..3 of us following them up and down to look for the clues.
They never expect us to hide the card in the toilet bowl…hahaha…thanks to Richard for his great idea….













After sweating out in the treasure hunt, we all went for a bath….Shirlyn and E-lin even bath together as they are so scared for being alone in the bathroom…
We even pull all mattresses together and zzzzz in 1 of the biggest room….I can still remember the sequence….from left XL, me, Richard, Jeremy, Steven, Shirlyn and E-lin. We are like staying in an orphanage……

Night night and we all started to close our eyes and orchestra started…..
