Chalet Aftermath - Day 2 (Wild Wild Wet)

Is a long meeting with “Mr Zhou”…. I opened my drowsy eyes and was wandering where were me.

I saw Richard zzzzzz next to me and soon realised that I were in chalet then. And the Bacon smell has silently flow to my nose. Oh no, Ah Mi has started his breakfast preparation. What am I doing, still lying in the bed!!! I quickly ran to the bathroom for a quick wash up. When I returned to the bedroom, all of them were already move out of the room so I pack and tidy all the mattresses and dashed to the kitchen to offer my helping hand to Jeremy.

All of us were like attending a home economics class, Richard was boiling waters; XL and I were frying the hash brown; Steven was washing the cups; Shirlyn was preparing the coffee & tea and E-lin was laying the tables. We had a breakfast full of love and teamwork that unable to buy from anywhere. Thanks to Jeremy for his scrumptious home made McDonald big breakfast……

After the lip-smacking breakfast, all of us were put on our sexy swimming costume or trunk and start our journey to Wild Wild Wet. Simon called and arranged to meet us at Macdonald Down Town East. On the way to our water theme park, the sun was bright and sky was clear, and I was hoping the sun can hide at his home for a while so I will be able to avoid becoming a roaster pig.

All of us were so excited when we saw water and those challenging rides. We were like school children who went for the most exciting water park rides ever seen!

First, we grabbed the tubes and went for the Shiok River that it is less adventurous. We laze around on a float and were just drifting along the river and forgetting the worries of real world.

Next, we went for the Waterworks, a spiral-like tube slides. We choose to enter the completely covered tube for a greater sense of adventure. Simon was shouted for my name when he started to slide down. As I was suffering phobia towards all these adventurous ride, my heart was beating so fast that I almost wanted to give up the ride. However, with all the encouragement, I decided to conquer my fear.

After that exciting slide, we went for Ular-Lah. The 10-metre high ride that can accommodate up to six persons per raft, allowing us to course through the waters as we collide head on with exciting turns, bumps and dips much like a real life white-water rafting experience! Thanks to Richard who decided to stay back with me for the same raft as he knew I was so scared.

Then we went for the Samsung Slide up. It has a broad valley-like curve which will appeal to extreme sport enthusiasts. Its challenging and gravity-defying ride will send riders up and down and side to side in a huge float which can take up to 2 people at one time. I did not join them for this ride as it is too excited for me….my weak heart may not able to take it.

After all these heart torturing slides, we decided to experience the thrill of waves like those in the open seas. So we enjoy the coolness of the water in Walls’s Tsunami.

Then we went to the Jacuzzi. We love the water falls and the water massage.

Next, we went to the Yakult Playground. We enjoyed so much on the water splashed on us from that huge Yakult container. We ran for it each time the bell ring!

Tiredness and starving as our stomach have started to make noise forcing us to bathe and dressed up for lunch.

We went to Bedok for our yami & heavy lunch after a tired and excited excursion…..

After the lunch, we decided to go back to chalet to prepare food for our BBQ.
Richard is our chief chef for that night, he prepared the vegetable & potatoes salad; he cook barley water. While I & Shirlyn are struggling with that old can opener to prepare our cocktails.

TO BE CONTINUED…….
