中秋节

A Mid-Autumn Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth month. This is a historical festival rather than a religious one. This festival is also known as the Moon Cake Festival because a special kind of sweet cake (Yuen ping) prepared in the shape of the moon and filled with sesame seeds, ground lotus seeds and duck eggs is served as a traditional Chung Chiu delicacy.

As our family business has been existed for the last 60 years and I always wandering what will my grandfather do to his business if he is still alive?
Will he let the 3rd generation expand it? Or they still maintain it as their old ways? Well, I guess I can only able to check with him if I meet him at heaven…….
This is not another special 中秋节; as usual I was busy helping up in our Chinatown branch. But this year, I would like to add them in my blog....some kind of memory....

Our traditional unique paper bags..........

Our traditional box that cost 60 cents.
